The 2014 Precept 31UL is a Class A RV with maneuverability and functional style. Low mileage, well maintained, and clean, this dependable RV will get you to your next adventure with ease.

Windows throughout the motorhome keep the floorplan bright and open. In the cockpit sit two comfortable captain's chairs. The chairs swivel when parked to overlook the living and dining area.

A new sofa sits across from the dining area--the dinette table converts into a bed, and a 40 in. TV is hidden in a compartment on a power lift.

The beautiful vinyl wood flooring leads to the kitchen, abundant with cabinetry and storage. A pull-out work area provides additional space. A 3-burner gas cooktop sits below the convection microwave oven. A dual basin sink with covers is located across from the upgraded 4-door refrigerator.

Behind the kitchen is the bath area, with an enclosed shower stall across from the toilet room. Located in the rear of the unit is the master bedroom. A wall of mirrored closets and storage features a cabinet with a mounted 22--TV on the front. The queen size bed was recently purchased for a more comfortable, upgraded sleeping area.

The exterior of the Precept has an impressive amount of storage space, as well. Pass-through storage accommodates large items, and a power awning allows for outdoor living--a 40 in. TV is located in one of the exterior enclosures, further enhancing the environment.

The Precept 31UL is a motorhome full of amenities and includes a Blue Ox tow bar!
