The garage has 12 feet 6 inches of potential cargo space - the current owners have never used it for toys - had boys that used it as their bedroom.

Don't need space for toys - the garage - quickly converts into additional living space or a bedroom with bunk queen-sized beds and the lower bed quickly converts into dual-facing sofas with the ability to have a table for large group dining.

The half bath and TV/DVD/Stereo system also make for an excellent office on the go!

The exterior patios - the rear with its own awning and the side patio with its own TV and awning overhead - create additional living space that is great for a tailgate party or just family fun at the campsite.

The main living space has 4 super comfortable recliners with heat and massage and accent lighting. The large entertainment center with a 50-inch flat-screen TV, surround sound stereo system with DVD/CD/MP3/USB/Bluetooth capabilities, and speakers throughout the RV.

The electric fireplace keeps the space warm and cozy.

The 3 roof-mounted AC units keep it cool on the hottest days of the year. The control panel is a touch-screen system that is easy to use and understand. You also have a switch-based control panel in a concealed cabinet just to the right of the entry door.

The large U-shaped kitchen (galley) has stainless steel appliances - a large farm-style sink, a 3-burner stove (gas) with an oven below, and a large 30-inch microwave/convection oven overhead. The large 4-door refrigerator/freezer and a large pantry cabinet just to the left of the refrigerator plus lots of cabinet space above and below the solid-surface countertop in the galley area - mean you've got plenty of storage space for all your utensils, food, and small appliances for life on the road.

Down the hallway is the master bedroom suite with separate access to the full bathroom from the bedroom.

The shower with double skylights and a real tub, a cabinet-based bathroom sink with a medicine cabinet overhead, and a toilet across from the sink. The toilet is part of the Sani-con Turbo Macerator System. There is a large cabinet across the hallway from the hallway entry to the bathroom for all your linens, towels, and more.

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with storage space below it. There is a wardrobe closet with mirrored doors and a vanity with drawers beneath it just inside the door to the left. There are cabinets on either side of the bed upper and lower with countertop space on both sides of the bed and additional cabinet space above the bed. The TV is wall mounted over the emergency exit window. There is also a second AC unit solely for the bedroom with its own thermostat.

Outside setup is quick and easy with the 6-point auto-leveling system, a centralized water control center for all your water-based systems, the 12-gallon water heater can be operated with gas or electric and has a quick recovery period. The unit has a 27-gallon fuel tank for the generator and a separate 40-gallon fuel tank for filling ATVs / Toys.

The generator is a Cummins Onan RV QG5500 that has less than 6 hours. The unit is wired for 50 Amp service and fully supported by the generator. The battery was replaced in 10/2021 and appears to be in excellent condition.

The tires have a DOT Code of 1017 and are the original tires. The RV is stored with a full RV Cover as shown in the photos when not in use.
