This 2016 Jayco Precept 35UP is ready to take on the road. The unit is ready for your gear in the outdoor storage compartments, cabinets, and closets. Pack up your beach equipment, fishing poles, and e-bikes for wherever your adventure takes you.

If you just want to sit and relax, the unit features three TVs. One in the main cabin tucked away next to the dinette but ready to pop up at the touch of a button. One in the bedroom and one in the outside entertainment area.

Cook will be happy to be part of the action with those on the sofa or at the dinette by using the sink, which pulls out to make an L. The generous refrigerator/freezer is ready for stocking and can hold whatever you need for living on the road.

Use the AC to keep cool, or let in the breeze with a fan and open screened windows. In cold climates, the heater will keep you cozy.

There's plenty of storage space and a rod for hanging your gear should you wish to use it. Tuck everything away behind mirrored doors when not in use.

In the middle of the vehicle is a full-size bathroom with a large shower, skylight, ceiling fan, medicine cabinet, and more storage.

At the back, the rear slide-out reveals a queen size bed, a TV, storage, and its own control panel. USB charging ports are available too.

Outside, under the unit, are batteries, a large propane tank, hookups for city water, and an outdoor shower.
